How it works

Four steps from idea to finished content. No production experience required.

  1. Complete a short intake form

Tell us about your organization, your audience, and what you want this episode to accomplish. We'll suggest a session format and help shape the conversation.

  2. Prep with a simple outline

We provide a run-of-show template with suggested questions, timing, and structure. You don't need a script — just a loose framework for a natural conversation.

  3. Record in a StoryLab

Show up at the studio. Lighting, cameras, and microphones are already set. A production assistant helps with setup and monitors audio and video during the session.

  4. Receive your deliverables

Choose how you want your content: raw files only, a lightly polished episode, or a full package with clips, captions, and transcripts. Files are delivered via a shared link.

Quality and accessibility

Audio clarity is the top priority. Broadcast microphones and acoustic treatment ensure your episode sounds professional, even on a phone speaker.

Every session can include captions and transcripts. This isn't just accessibility — it's better content. Captioned clips perform better on social media, and transcripts make your content searchable.

What you need to bring

Not much. The studio handles the technical side. Here's what helps:
